frequently asked questions
Yes. We ship DIY pool kits and lids nationwide. Local installation is available in Washington State and Portland, Oregon.
For the pump, plan for an outdoor GFCI 120V outlet nearby. Heater/chiller upgrades typically require a dedicated 240V circuit installed by an electrician.
You need a solid, truly level surface. A filled stock-tank pool is extremely heavy, so confirm level in multiple directions before install.
Yes — text or email photos of your proposed spot (wide angle + ground surface + access path + nearest power location) to soak@starlightstockpools.com
Plan a clear path to the install location. If access is tight (gates, stairs, turns), send photos and we’ll advise.
Deck-sunken installs require extra planning and structural work. Decking/excavation/structures are not included unless explicitly listed. Our insulated wrap system is a popular upgrade for deck applications — it gives the exposed tank a clean, finished look above the deck line. Send your concept photos so we can confirm feasibility.
