Limited Warranty

Effective Date: March 11, 2026
Starlight Stock Pools provides this Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser of eligible Starlight products. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

What Starlight Covers
Starlight warrants that its fabricated components and installation workmanship, when installation is performed directly by Starlight, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the warranty periods below.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Starlight-fabricated wraps, lids, covers, and accessory components are covered for 90 days from delivery
  • Starlight installation workmanship is covered for 90 days from the installation date

Tank Shell Warranty
Tank shells used in Starlight pool packages are agricultural tanks modified for pool use. Starlight does not provide a separate written warranty on the modified tank shell itself unless expressly stated in writing. Starlight does warrant its own installation workmanship on drilled fittings and plumbing connections where installation is performed directly by Starlight for the applicable workmanship warranty period. If a seam-related issue arises, we may help coordinate review with the tank manufacturer and work with you on a case-by-case basis, but tank-shell coverage is not guaranteed and remains subject to manufacturer discretion.

Third-Party Equipment
Heaters, pumps, filters, chillers, electrical items, and other third-party equipment are not covered by this Limited Warranty unless Starlight expressly states otherwise in writing.
These items may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer terms, claim procedures, coverage limits, and exclusions control those claims. We will help coordinate warranty questions where practical, but Starlight does not provide a separate written warranty on third-party equipment unless expressly stated in writing.

What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • cosmetic changes, minor dents, scratches, fading, or finish variation
  • misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling
  • improper installation, modification, or repair by anyone other than Starlight or someone authorized by Starlight in writing
  • damage caused by improper water chemistry, freezing, weather, site conditions, drainage issues, settling, or other external causes
  • damage caused by improper electrical service, plumbing, or customer-supplied parts
  • commercial, rental, hospitality, or other non-residential use unless approved by Starlight in writing
  • shipping damage not reported under our Deposit & Refund Policy
  • labor, removal, reinstallation, freight, travel, electrician work, crane costs, or third-party service costs unless we agree otherwise in writing

Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, you must:

  • use the product in a normal residential manner
  • follow any care, maintenance, setup, and operating instructions provided by Starlight or the manufacturer
  • inspect the product promptly upon delivery
  • report any issue promptly after it is discovered
  • stop using the product if a defect or unsafe condition is discovered and contact Starlight

How to Make a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email soak@starlightstockpools.com and include:

  • your full name
  • order number or proof of purchase
  • delivery date
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos and, if helpful, video of the issue
    We may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, inspection access, or return of the affected part before determining whether the claim is covered.

Starlight’s Remedy
If Starlight determines that a claim is covered under this Limited Warranty, Starlight may, at its option:

  • repair the affected item
  • replace the affected item or component
  • provide a reasonable credit or refund
  • provide another commercially reasonable remedy
    Any repaired or replacement item will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days after repair or replacement, whichever is longer, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Other Important Legal Terms
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Starlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of enjoyment, property damage, water loss, lost time, or third-party service costs.
Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so parts of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
