For installation orders, we’ll confirm your build slot and timeline by email within 24–48 hours of your deposit. Current lead times are 2–6 weeks depending on location and season. For DIY kits, freight shipping is typically 2–4 weeks. We’ll provide an exact shipping quote within 24 hours of your order.
Yes. Both the Raypak Electric Heater (Atlas) and the Raypak Crosswind Heater/Chiller (Aurora) require a dedicated 240VAC circuit. Electrician installation is not included in the package — you’ll need to arrange that separately. We recommend lining up your electrician early, as it can add 1–2 weeks to your overall timeline.
